Abstract

This article is devoted to the training of Bachelors in Business Economics in higher education institutions of the People's Republic of China – competitive and highly qualified professionals who have a high level of professional competence and directly support the socio-economic stability of the country. The concept of this research is ensured by the unity of theoretical (analysis, generalization) and empirical (observational method, in-depth interview method) methods. The essence of the concept of factors of quality assurance of professional training has been revealed and the factors of professional training defined by the researchers have been considered. External factors of ensuring the quality of Bachelor's degree training in higher education institutions of the People's Republic of China have been highlighted, including support from the state, the Ministry of Education, provincial education institutions and their promotion of the development of education in general and economic education in particular. The internal factors influencing the quality of education of economists in China, in particular, the content, teaching and organizational factors that are manifested directly in each institution of higher education in the People's Republic of China, have been analyzed. The aims and content of Bachelor's degree in Business Economics according to educational and professional programs of Bachelor's degree in Economics in higher education institutions of the People's Republic of China have been considered. The main focus is placed on the research of the systematic impact of the factors on the quality of professional training of Bachelors in Business Economics in higher education institutions of the People's Republic of China on the example of one of the country's classical universities – Jiaxing University. It has been noted that the professional training of Business Economics specialists in the People's Republic of China is carried out at a high level, so the positive experience of the People's Republic of China in training Business Economists in higher education is valuable for further implementation in training economists in higher education in Ukraine.
