Abstract

Modern challenges, permanent transformations in all spheres of our society's life, transformations in the production sector of Ukraine's economy, and rapid technological changes determine the demand for a competitive and highly professional skilled worker. An important role in the preparation of which belongs to pedagogical workers with a fundamentally new type of thinking, ready to implement innovative pedagogical and scientific-methodical activities, professionally competent, able to perform constructive actions in various situations of a professional nature and carry out educational and methodological activities at a high scientific level in accordance with modern requirements. Continuous education is an important factor in the professional development of a modern teacher. In the context of his professional development, the leading place is occupied by the scientific and methodical component of educational activity. The peculiarity of educational activity at this stage is determined by restrictions dictated by quarantine measures, the effect of martial law in Ukraine, and the transfer of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers to remote work mode. The presented collection of electronic training courses was formed in accordance with the requests of students of advanced training courses at the Belotserk Institute of Continuing Professional Education regarding the development of scientific and methodological competence in the context of updating the content component of advanced training by scientific and pedagogical workers of the Department of Vocational Education Methodology and Social and Humanitarian Disciplines. ENK was developed within the framework of providing educational modules "Didactics of vocational education" and "Educational innovations in the professional activity of a teacher of vocational education". For teachers, methodologists, managers of the vocational education system, as well as all those interested in improving the quality of continuous professional education of pedagogical workers.
