According to French researchers, it helps to build an idea of your problem and make decisions about educational and professional choices. The recommendation has a dialogical nature, the consultant and the consulted act as equal partners in the communication process. Depending on the nature of the difficulties that arise in decision-making, there are several approaches used by counselors: informative – if you need to fill gaps in knowledge that interfere with the student’s reflections; methodological – to plan the educational or professional future of adolescents; biographical – in order to consider the decision made by pupils in the context of his own life, in relation to the past and, most importantly, in the perspective of professional future.
