Abstract
Methodical recommendations are a reference methodical material for andragogues who organize training activities with different categories of adults. International and domestic experience of training trainers at the theoretical, practical, and personal levels was used in the development of methodological recommendations. In particular, the principles and methods of training organization and conducting, advice on setting goals, objectives and results of training, formation of the structure, plan, content of training, requirements for the trainer, indicators of training effectiveness evaluation are outlined. The creative use of methodological recommendations in the process of the professional activity of andragogues will contribute to the systematization of knowledge, abilities and skills regarding the theory and practice of creating an educational training environment for adults, the formation of a professional orientation, increasing motivation to achieve success in the profession of a trainer-andragogue, professional and personal development. Methodological recommendations are addressed to pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers of institutions of higher, professional, post-graduate pedagogical education, scientific institutions, education seekers - future teachers, academic degree holders, pedagogical staff of non-formal adult education institutions, as well as corporate andragogues who organize in-company training.
