Abstract
The article reveals the peculiarities of the organization of the educational process in general secondary education institutions, which are due to the declaration of martial law in Ukraine as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. It is stated that the peculiarity of this process is that the founders, local authorities, leaders of united communities, city halls, military administrations have to decide on the format of education. It is proved that in the conditions of martial law it is necessary to orient the format of the organization of the educational process, individualization, which is realized on three levels: the first - taking into account the general features of students at different stages of their learning and development; the second - differentiation; the third is an individual approach. The main tasks of specialized education are: to create conditions for consideration and development of educational and cognitive and professional interests, inclinations, abilities and needs of high school students in the process of their general education; education of students' love for work, providing conditions for their life and professional self-determination, formation of readiness for conscious choice and mastering the future profession; formation of entrepreneurial competencies of students at the pre-professional level, directing young people to future professional activities. This is possible under the condition of variability and alternativeness (educational programs, learning technologies and educational and methodological support); continuity and continuity (between pre-professional training and specialized training, professional training); flexibility (content and forms of organization of specialized training, including distance learning, providing the opportunity to change the profile); diagnostic and prognostic realization (identification of students' abilities for the purpose of their reasonable orientation to the study profile).
