Abstract

The paper reveals the value aspects of professionalization of an andragogy teacher, in particular the value dimensions of postgraduate pedagogical education, the axiological component of the personality of a high school teacher and the formation of andragogical competence as a necessary and important feature of a professional in formal and non-formal adult education.
