Abstract
O. L. Shamraliuk. Development of technological culture of masters of industrial training of agrarian profile in educational (scientific) - methodical centers of vocational education and training. – Qualification scientific paper, manuscript. Thesis for a Candidate Degree in Pedagogy (PhD): Speciality 13.00.04 – Theory and methodology of vocational education. – The Institute of Vocational Education and Training of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2021. The solution of the urgent scientific problem on the theoretical substantiation of pedagogical conditions for the development of technological culture of masters of industrial training of agrarian profile in educational-methodical (scientific-methodical) centers (offices) of vocational education and training is carried out in the dissertation. The essence of the concept “technological culture of masters of industrial training of agrarian profile” is specified as an integrated personal formation, which covers a set of values and motives of pedagogical activity, technological knowledge, abilities, skills of designing and implementing the educational process on the basis of modern pedagogical technologies and technologies of agricultural production, professionally important qualities (initiative, creativity, professional mobility, reflexivity, responsibility, sociability) and determines the quality of training of future skilled agricultural workers. The structure of technological culture of masters of industrial training of agricultural profile consists of five interrelated elements: axiological (value attitude to pedagogical work, technological activity, oneself as a subject of such activity, to the student's personality, transmission of values to students), motivational (complex of motives, goals, needs, interests, moral and volitional qualities required in the process of transformational activities), cognitive (the amount of scientific and pedagogical, methodological knowledge about forms, methods, tools, technologies of pedagogical activities and professional knowledge about modern agricultural machinery and agricultural production technologies), activity (design, implementation and correction of the educational process), reflexive (awareness, rethinking and transformation of own experience). The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the following: for the first time the pedagogical conditions of development of technological culture of masters of industrial training of agrarian profile in educational-methodical (scientific-methodical) centers (offices) of vocational education and training are theoretically substantiated and experimentally checked (increasing the motivation of masters of industrial training of agrarian profile to the development of technological culture; updating the content of advanced training of masters of industrial training of agrarian profile; use of blended learning technologies in advanced training of masters of industrial training of agricultural profile; providing methodological support for internships of masters of industrial training of agrarian profile); systemic, synergetic, cultural-logical, axiological, technological, acmeological, andragogical, competence, personal-activity approaches are the conceptual basis of their provision. It has been found that the use of effective incentives to increase the motivation of masters of industrial training of agrarian profile in the development of technological culture leads to a strengthening of their personal focus on mastering modern technologies and professional growth. It is substantiated that updating the content of professional development of masters of industrial training of agricultural profile involves the coordination of professional values, knowledge and skills, competencies and personal qualities of teachers. It is established that the introduction of blended learning technologies allows a flexible combination of traditional (full-time) and distance learning in the educational process of educational-methodical (scientific-methodical) centers (offices) of vocational education and training in accordance with the existing level of technological culture of this category of teachers, their individual educational needs, as well as program goals of vocational (professional-technical) education. It is determined that the provision of methodological support of the internship contributes to the improvement of professional knowledge, skills and abilities of masters of industrial training of agrarian profile and, as a consequence, the actualization of working educational and program documentation for professional and practical training. A model of development of technological culture of masters of industrial training of agrarian profile in educational-methodical (scientific-methodical) centers (offices) of vocational education and training is designed, which is an idealized reflection of the researched process. The structure of the model consists of methodological-target, subjective, semantic, procedural and effective-reflexive blocks, which are interconnected. The methodological and target block combines the purpose, tasks, scientific approaches and principles that justify the choice of content, forms, methods and means of scientific and methodological support for the development of technological culture of masters of industrial training of agricultural profile. The subject block reflects the multifactorial subjective influence on the personality of the master of industrial training in the process of development of his/her technological culture. The content block includes the structural components of the studied phenomenon and the program of the author's special course, regional forms of methodical work, internships in production and educational and practical centers of vocational (professional-technical) education. The procedural block presents the methodology of development of technological culture of masters of industrial training in the conditions of educational-methodical (scientific-methodical) centers (offices) of vocational education and training, which determines stages, forms of interaction between subjects of educational process, methods, means and learning technologies. The effective-reflexive block unites criteria, indicators and levels of development of technological culture, allows to establish feedback for receiving the objective information on dynamics of development of technological culture among masters of industrial training of the agricultural profile. The diagnostic tools for assessing the levels of technological culture of masters of industrial training of agrarian profile have been improved by the following criteria and indicators: axiological (terminal and instrumental values of technological culture development), motivational (level of professional orientation; the ratio of internal and external motivation to technological culture development), cognitive (scientific-pedagogical, methodical and professional knowledge), activity (design-pedagogical, methodical and professional skills), reflexive (ability to self-analysis, self-assessment, self-development). The methodology of development of technological culture of masters of industrial training of agrarian profile in educational-methodical (scientific-methodical) centers (offices) of vocational education and training is presented, which covers three stages: motivational (formation of interest in modern technologies and the need for continuous professional development among masters of industrial training); practical (implementation of individual educational trajectories of technological culture development); analytical (assessment of learning outcomes and their analysis). It integrates forms (author's special course “Fundamentals of technological culture of agricultural production masters”, seminars, webinars, trainings, workshops, online consultations, creative groups, conferences, etc.), methods (case method, project method, modeling of pedagogical situations, discussion, brainstorming, business and simulation games, visualization, moderation method, benchmarking, delegation of authority, Buddying and others), means (author's educational and methodical complex of development of technological culture of masters of industrial training of the agrarian profile, distance learning web environment, electronic and printed information resources of educational-methodical (scientific-methodical) centers (offices) of vocational education, professional agricultural publications, Internet resources), learning technologies (design, training technologies, case technology, technology of scientific and methodological support, portfolio, pedagogical coaching) , as well as tools for assessing the levels of development of technological culture (questionnaires, tests, case studies, evaluation letters). The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the development of the educational and methodological complex, covering the program of the special course “Fundamentals of technological culture of masters of industrial training of agricultural profile”; electronic educational and methodical complex “Fundamentals of technological culture” (access mode: https://cutt.ly/fktRDz4); methodical manual “Technological culture of the master of industrial training of agrarian profile”; textbook “Agrotechnology”; multimedia presentations; training plans; practical tasks for independent work; test tasks, the implementation of which is in practice of educational-methodical (scientific-methodical) centers (offices) of vocational education and training and agricultural institutions of vocational (professional-technical) education. The textbook “Agrotechnology”, prepared in co-authorship, is marked “Recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine” (order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine from 26.05.2020 №697). The textbook has a circulation of 10,838 copies and has been distributed in vocational (professional-technical) education institutions of Ukraine, which train skilled workers in the profession “Tractor driver of agricultural production”. The materials of the dissertation research were used in the development of the professional standard “Master of Industrial Training”, approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine from 20.06.2020 №1181. Theoretical and practical results of the dissertation research can be used in educational-methodical (scientific-methodical) centers (offices) of vocational education, institutions of vocational (professional-technical), higher education and institutions engaged in advanced training of masters of industrial training of agrarian profile, as well as in the self-educational activities of this category of teachers.
