Abstract
The article reveals the didactic conditions of individualization of education in general secondary education. It is stated that such conditions constitute a certain set of potentially capacious didactic resources and starting points, the creation and implementation of which will help improve the learning process taking into account the ever-changing requirements for the quality of knowledge, skills and abilities of students. It is proved that individualization of education in general secondary education institutions should be carried out on the following conditions: creation of individual educational space on the basis of competence approach and personalization; purposeful motivation and strengthening the cognitive interest of students in learning by modeling a qualitatively new type of visualization of educational material, both real and virtual objects, processes and phenomena; ensuring the flexibility of the educational process through variability, changes in the content and methods of teaching, forms of organization of classes, a combination of different teaching methods for students of different levels of training; development and implementation of individual learning trajectories; pedagogical support of the individual in the process of self-actualization; organization of flexible management of the educational process on the basis of pedagogical correction and continuous feedback.
