Abstract

Two countries were chosen for research the topic: the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kingdom of the Netherlands. In the article the regulatory framework about professional development of scientific-pedagogical employees in Kazakhstan and the Netherlands was analyzed. Based on the analysis of information sources, the practice of professional development of their scientific-pedagogical employees of universities of Kazakhstan and the Netherlands has been studied. It was revealed the positive experience in the practices of professional development of scientific-pedagogical employees of the universities of Kazakhstan and the Netherlands, which can be realized in the universities of Ukraine. Prospects for further scientific research in this direction have been determined.
