Abstract

In the article the regulatory framework about professional development of scientific-pedagogical employees in Ukraine was analysed. Eight the best branch universities of the 2017 rating was selected for research. Based on the analysis of information sources of branch universities, the practice of professional develop-ment of their scientific-pedagogical employees has been studied. It was revealed the positive experience in the practice of professional development of scientific-pedagogical employees of branch universities, which can be realized in other higher educational institutions of Ukraine. Prospects for further scientific research in this direction have been determined.
