Abstract
In the article the regulatory framework about professional development of scientific-pedagogical employees in Ukraine was analyzed. Six the best multi-branched universities of the 2017 rating was revealed and selected for research. Based on the analysis of information sources of multi-branched universities, the practice of professional development of their scientific-pedagogical employees has been studied. It was revealed the positive experience in the practice of professional development of scientific-pedagogical employees of multi-branched universities, which can be realized in other higher educational institutions of Ukraine. Prospects for further scientific research in this direction have been determined.
