Abstract

Theses consider the main components of human capital: knowledge, skills, competences and professional education. Attention is focused on issues that have been secondary for a long time - targeted support and well-being of students, teachers and administrations of VET, increasing the participation of girls and women in non-traditional courses, increasing the scope of education for people with disabilities, career guidance activities, social marketing. The need to build a hierarchy of skills and competencies for the respective professions is emphasized. A new powerful trend is the development of ICT and "green" economy.
