Abstract

The article highlights the views of Chinese scholars on the quality education. The monitoring studies of Chinese comparativists in the field of education quality evaluation in the United States are analyzed. Through the prism of these studies examined the American experience in competency measurement of academic performance of secondary school students in order to determine positive organizational and content elements that can be applied during the formation of the Chinese national education system.
