Abstract

The problem of the quality of school education is at the epicenter of attention of educators, parents and society in general, although the concept of "quality of education" in the domestic pedagogical speech is used relatively recently. Decades ago, in the context of "quality", they talked about control, verification, evaluation, success rate, percentage of students who entered higher education institutions, ie individual results of students' learning activities, not the quality of education as a whole. Today we say that quality is not only numbers and indicators, quality education must meet both the social needs of the state and the needs of the individual.
