Abstract

Theses highlight the use of bibliographic approach to the analysis of literary sources, epistolary, memoirs based on the biography of the individual in the study of personality in research on the history of pedagogy. In particular, the abstracts of the report are devoted to the analysis of correspondence and periodicals as information sources in view of biographical studies of the history of education. The report was presented at the VII All-Ukrainian scientific-methodological seminar on the history of education "Pedagogical biography and biography in modern scientific and information space", which was held as part of the All-Ukrainian festival of science - 2022 and held at the State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine named after VO Sukhomlinsky May 20, 2022.
