Abstract

Language education is an important formative tool the consciousness of the individual and his ability to be socially mobile in society, contributes to the dialogue of cultures in a globalized world around the solution of various problems. New realities require changes in determining the levels of foreign language proficiency, new approaches to the selection of content and organization of materials, the use of adequate forms and types of control. In the Communication "Strengthening European Identity through Education and Culture", the European Commission sets out a vision of an educational space in which high-quality education is not limited to being in another country.
