Abstract

The guidelines present socio-psychological means of increasing tolerance for difference in the educational environment and combating stigma in the context of property inequality, gender aspects of stigma, cyberbullying and discrimination in the media. The issues presented in the guidelines are relevant for educational and social practice, as it will help solve urgent social problems: identifying and overcoming prejudices against members of various stigmatized groups and minorities, increasing tolerance for otherness in participants in the educational process, strengthening individual and collective reflectivity of teachers and increasing the psychological readiness of specialists of the social and psychological service and public activists to interact with representatives of stigmatized minorities. Addressed primarily to psychologists who have experience in conducting socio-psychological training. They can also be useful in the work of social educators, teachers, teachers of higher education institutions and other professionals who care about combating stigma and discrimination against individuals, groups, minorities in various social and educational settings.
