Abstract
The problem of designing technologies of management of professional development of pedagogical workers in the conditions of open education is considered; the need to apply a synergetic approach in this process is substantiated; contradictions of professional development of teachers are revealed. Based on the analysis of research, it is noted that the synergetic approach in the organization of open education for professional development of teachers contributes to the understanding of modern transformations of teacher professionalism, the discovery of new aspects of the dialectic of its development through information technology. The Project of interregional cooperation "Nonlinear worldviews of adult education" as a technology of management of professional development of pedagogical workers in the conditions of open education is offered, its nonlinearity, components, efficiency are described.
