Abstract
The theses consider the definition of «differentiation of learning», «individualization of learning». The readers' attention is focused on the relationship between the concepts of «differentiation of learning» and «individualization of learning». It is emphasized that the implementation of differentiation of education requires taking into account the individual characteristics of students, individualization of education is the highest degree of differentiation of education. At the same time, differentiation is an important condition for individualization of learning.
