Abstract

The abstracts consider changes in the educational system of Ukraine in connection with the introduction of the Concept «New Ukrainian School» in general secondary education institutions. The main ideas laid down in the State Standard of Basic Secondary Education (2021), a typical educational program, model curricula in the first cycle of basic secondary education (5-6 years of study) are analyzed. Changes in the educational process include the introduction of integrated curricula in the subjects of the naturaltechnological cycle, which make it possible to implement the ideas of STEM-education. The Institute of Pedagogy of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine develops integrated model training programs STEM, robotics, physics and engineering, integrated course of natural sciences and others.
