Abstract

The activity of scientific and pedagogical schools, which are fundamental and innovative centers in the system of pedagogical education and adult education, is outlined. It is proved that the activity of scientific schools creates a favorable environment for the disclosure of creative abilities of young scientists, coordinates their activities in the process of scientific research, initiates new areas of research, creates socially useful scientific results, trains scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff.
