Abstract

The article highlights the requirements of the modern labor market to man, which require consideration when creating a pedagogical technology for the formation of professional and value orientations of students. This creates favorable conditions for the preparation of graduates of general secondary education for professional self-determination and life self-realization, the formation of their competence in building and implementing individual educational and professional trajectory, in general preparation for future employment.
