Abstract

In modern conditions, professional activity the educator definitely needs to develop leadership skills related to the processes of self-organization and self-development. Along with this, the issue of organization of the educational environment, constructive influence on the personality of the student and support of his educational and professional remains important trajectories. The basis of success of professional activity of pedagogical workers is improvement of personal qualities: leadership orientation, leadership potential, charisma, responsibility, aspiration to success, readiness for changes, self-improvement, etc. Along with this, the transformation of the socio-cultural environment has necessitated innovative development, which is determined by the orientation of educators not on past and present experience, but on the future.
