Abstract

The head of the educational institution is the subject of management, initiator and coordinator of the main management processes and receives information from the participants of the educational process, social environment, public administration, local government. And in this case, he acts not only as a subject of management, but also as an object of management. The subject and the object of management perform a dual - subject-object function, which will be successfully implemented if the introduction of public administration on the basis of subjective partnership.
