Abstract

The theses reveal that in 2011-2017, during the reform of education of children with special needs, there were positive changes in the expansion of the content of education in special general education institutions, educational and Rehabilitation Centers for them, the creation of favorable learning conditions for their rapid adaptation with others, as well as contributing to the general, purposeful development of children with special educational needs, the possibility of obtaining professional training in institutions of higher pedagogical education.
