Abstract

In the theses, based on the carried out philosophical analysis of the architectonics of educational reforms during the years of independence of Ukraine, positive developments in the field of state policy in relation to education are outlined and a number of miscalculations and losses associated with the shakiness and insufficient development of the philosophical foundations of the advanced educational strategy are identified. An algorithm for overcoming them, ensuring the quality and competitiveness of domestic education based on the imperative "philosophy – education – upbringing"is proposed.
