Abstract
The theses find out that the concept of the new Ukrainian school focuses on the training of a motivated teacher who has the freedom of creativity and develops professionally. It is proved that in the process of training a future teacher, the main priorities, ways to master pedagogical skills, methods of creative adaptation to the content and structure of professional activity should be clearly defined. Teacher training should be characterized by fundamental, multidimensional and holistic approach.
