Abstract
trends in the transformation of the state's educational policy in the field of school education (1991-2017) are identified; a philosophical and educational justification of the architectonics of educational and reform processes in independent Ukraine is developed, predicting the consequences of the "spiritual and social pandemic" and ways to overcome it by means of Education; a philosophical justification of the methodology for research of development paradigms and trends in school education reform in Ukraine during the independence period is made; the contribution of Ukrainian scientists to usasadnennya paradigms of humanization and child-centrism in school education is revealed (1991-2017); trends in the reform of Primary School Education in Ukraine during the independence period are identified; the development of specialized high school as an educational trend is characterized; trends in the development of education of children with special educational needs are identified; trends in the transformation of training of future teachers are established (1991-2017).
