Abstract

Pedagogical design can be built into the structure of any form of online adult education, because the main component of individual and group design is the content of learning and individual educational trajectory. The content of training is determined by the request of participants in information and telecommunications educational projects, and this in turn requires teachers - organizers to use flexible learning technologies.
