Abstract
The challenge of time - modernization of the vocational education system, which involves rethinking its mission and vision, a new way functioning, focus on innovative educational experience, change of professional roles and functions of a professional teacher education (facilitator, supervisor, coach), management of quality educational services in accordance with the requests and needs of customers, domestic and global labor market, employers and key stakeholders. The Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Professional Education of the UMO of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine mentally tested and implemented in the system of training teachers of vocational education School of Pedagogical Coaching as an innovative competency-oriented model of professional development in the context of the development of psychological and pedagogical training, digital, conflict, coaching, etc. competencies of specialists. The main function of the School pedagogical coaching is to provide targeted assistance to both individual teachers and teaching staff, propa-promoting best educational practices in order to solve existing professional problems, stimulating and supporting creative ones potential opportunities of a modern specialist, the formation of guidelines for his continuous self-development and self-realization. Taking into account innovative educational challenges, inquiries of customers of educational services and key stakeholders developed. The digital program-methodical complex “School of pedagogical coaching as competence model of professional development of a modern specialist ”, which includes an educational and professional program current of coaching competence of pedagogical workers of ZP (PT) O», coaching sessions with programs of special courses. The materials of the complex are prepared in printed form and on electronic media (CD). Materials can be opa-new in off-line and on-line modes and will comprehensively promote continuous professional self-development and self-realization specialists in the system of formal, non-formal and informal education. The components of the complex are located in Electronic Library of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine. The research was performed within the research "Improvement of modern models of professional development of teachers education in the conditions of sustainable development "(0121U108611, 2021). The results of the study can be used in the process modernization of the system of continuous professional education, organization of adult lifelong learning.
