Abstract

The abstracts indicate that in the context of the outlined problem of special interest for pedagogical science and practice are changes and implementation of approaches to the management of the institution on the basis of partnership based primarily on the concepts of democratization, rational combination and correlation of centralization and decentralization, humanization, socialization, integration; innovative ideas for raising standards of quality education and personal development of responsible citizens; pan-European values of justice, openness, organization of educational activities, democratization, variability and accessibility of education,taking into account the legally defined state and public form of its implementation.
