Abstract
In connection with the announcement by the Cabinet of Ministers of the entire territory of Ukraine quarantine, from March 12, 2020, in accordance with Art. 29 of the Law "On protection of the population from infectious diseases" in order to prevent the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 in Ukraine, changes were made in the organization of enterprises, organizations and educational institutions. Quarantine .., but whatever the challenges of today affect the normal rhythm of enterprises, organizations and educational institutions, the basic legal act of the Law of Ukraine "On labor protection" (hereinafter - the Law on Safety) is in force, it is not repealed and is mandatory binding to all economic entities.
