Abstract

The manual is based on competency-based learning in accordance with the curriculum of the elective course "Design of products in ethnic style" (author Machacha TS), which is stamped by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine from June 10, 2019. The content of the manual helps to meet the educational needs of students; formation of key and subject competencies; in-depth mastery of the basics of designing products in ethnic style; development of educational experience in the reproduction and creation of spiritual and material culture of the Ukrainian people; conscious professional self-determination. Through the sections of the manual students gain new knowledge about the types of styles in art, form a holistic view of ethnic styles in different regions of the world, features of ethnic style in Ukraine, learn to skillfully use artistic expression in building compositions, which is the basis for successful projects. The structure of the textbook, problem questions and practical tasks encourage students to analyze and holistic perception, research of various sources of information, its critical thinking and active processing in groups, acquisition and application of knowledge in practice, reflection, evaluation and presentation of their own learning outcomes. using digital technologies. The manual "Design of products in ethnic style" is addressed to lyceum students of specialized secondary technological education, teachers of labor education and technology, methodologists of institutes of postgraduate pedagogical education. It can be used by teachers and students of higher educational institutions, as well as those who seek cultural and educational self-realization and self-identification.
