Abstract

Implementation of the Standard of Guidelines "State Health technology assessment for medicines" in Ukraine requires cooperation with international associations with OMT (NTA), which have a leading role in the development of this area. Their activities are based on such values ​​as: membership in the international professional community of NTA, expanding partnerships, developing scientific capacity, striving for economic stability and improving the regulatory framework. We believe it is necessary to focus on the development of scientific potential, namely the important role of training of experts in health technology assessment (HTA) for professionals in the pharmaceutical industry, medical industry and users of OMT (HTA).
