Abstract
Methodological recommendations are devoted to the consideration of theoretical and applied aspects of the phenomenon of hardiness, identifying its significance in reforming the educational process, general development, and formation of the teenager's personality (the formation of self-regulation skills, psychological maturity and active life position). The publication presents an effective system of psychological exercises for the development of hardiness. The recommendations are given for improving the educational process, in particular, ensuring the effective socialization of its participants, increasing adaptation, balancing emotional and intellectual productivity. For employees of the psychological service in the education system; practical psychologists, school psychologists, teachers of institutes of postgraduate pedagogical education; teachers of higher education institutions who train specialists in "practical psychology", "social work", "social pedagogy", scientists.
