Abstract
The information society, creating conditions for easy production and free dissemination of information in addition to the obvious positive social processes poses a number of threats and challenges to humanity. One of them is the uncontrolled growth of information, which from time to time leads to so-called information crises. However, this is only the tip of the iceberg. Today we are just beginning to realize the consequences of lightning changes in the information environment on various social institutions. This is the immediate obsolescence of technology, it is a change in the priorities of society, deepening the stratification of society and much more. Pedagogy also falls under the influence of these tendencies. The explosive nature of the growth of human knowledge has changed the basic paradigm of pedagogy from "teach for life" to "teach lifelong learning", because the competencies acquired during training become obsolete very quickly and can not ensure success and competitiveness in the long run.
