Abstract
The article presents scientific and methodological support of teacher training for the implementation of competence-based learning in secondary education institutions as a set of educational literature developed on the basis of certain didactic and pedagogical conditions, psychological and pedagogical factors and requirements for this type of publications. The presented support contains the theoretical foundations of the competence approach in education and practical advice on how to implement this approach in the practice of work in general secondary education institutions. Meets the existing requirements for educational literature, in particular, promotes the provision of knowledge, development of skills, consolidation and evaluation of knowledge, assistance in their integration in social and cultural education. Promotes the development of practical skills of teachers of general secondary education institutions in the implementation of the competence approach in their professional activities and in order to further the formation of competences in students.
