Abstract

The teaching aid reveals the conceptual foundations of the competence-based teaching of the Hebrew language in the lyceum on the basis of work with cultural texts; methods and techniques of working with them for the implementation of competence-based teaching of the Hebrew language in the lyceum are presented; culturological texts were selected and tasks and questions for them were developed. The proposed manual is addressed to teachers of the Hebrew language of various types of institutions of general secondary education, methodologists, students-philologists and future teachers of the Hebrew language, as well as everyone who is interested in the problems of teaching the Hebrew language and the culture of the Jewish people.
