Abstract
Methodological recommendations highlight important issues that have arisen with the introduction of blended learning in conditions of quarantine restrictions: determine the trends of modernization of the educational process; characterize the actual psychological and pedagogical problems of the organization and implementation of blended learning in primary school; describe the didactic possibilities of using the traditional textbook and transformed forms of organizing educational activities; show a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results of the ascertaining research. The publication is addressed to scientists, teachers and heads of educational institutions. The didactic provisions set out in the guidelines guide the activities of teachers, future teachers and parents towards effective interaction in the realities of blended learning.
