Abstract

The issue that the value maturity of the teacher determines the effectiveness of interaction with students in the development of the values they need, the desire or unwillingness to follow the example of the teacher, purposefully work on themselves. Management of the efforts and capabilities of students remains in the hands of a mentor, properly oriented in axiological terms. And this should become in the modern pedagogical process not accidental, but a systematic and purposeful affair. It is emphasized that the methodological basis of modeling is a reasonable set of principles of purposeful pedagogical process, systematization, humanization, science, integrativeness, accessibility, competence, professional self-determination, socialization, professional self-development, self-organization, congruence, emotional learning, cooperation, cooperation, education, individuality. It is noted that the current challenges of the economy require the development of entrepreneurial potential of the modern young man – the future professional. Society and the state form a social order for the student's personality as a professional capable of development, enterprising, proactive, which contributes to the competitiveness of the country's economy and the creation of innovative socioeconomic and business projects. It is emphasized that the model of development of entrepreneurial competence of future specialists in the process of project activity is a reflection of an orderly set of actions that contribute to the development of entrepreneurial competence from inactive to start-up and productive levels. It is presented as a holistic process of interaction of interconnected components: reproductive, constructive and creative. The content of the work of teachers of FE (PT) O in the educational process is highlighted, who, along with ICT, multimedia technologies, actively use game-technologies. Game-technologies use many different tools depending on the task: coaching, foresight sessions, business games, action learning, mini-trainings, etc. All of them are combined in a single scenario and allow you to implement business ideas in the most effective way. Examples of work on the development of a model for the development of entrepreneurial competence of future professionals in the process of project activities, which aims at the unity of theoretical, practical, industrial and entrepreneurial training. Emphasis is placed on the importance of the component in developing a model of development of entrepreneurial competence of future professionals in the project process, namely: the use of innovative technologies and integration courses in the educational process, organization of project activities of students, involvement of students in independent business activities. entrepreneurship.
