Abstract
The abstracts emphasize that the textbook is considered to be an important means of differentiating education in primary schools. It is noted that for optimal implementation of differentiation of education in primary school it is expedient and necessary to observe the following conditions of selection of educational material for placement in textbooks: taking into account students' age, diversity and diversity of information, with the coverage of the text at all its levels, the content in the textbook of questions, the answers to which require an understanding of the actual material, causal relationships, generalization and systematization of the content of the text. An important aspect of successful problem solving is the increased attention to such aspects as the organization of work with the textbook taking into account the individual characteristics of students; application of independent, semi-independent and collective work of students; alternation or simultaneous use of different forms and types of work.
