Abstract

Socio-economic processes, modernization and educational challenges need teachers new formation: competent, motivated, qualified, who has academic freedom and develops professionally throughout life, independently and creatively obtains information, organizes the learning process with the maximum approach to the needs, requests and life plans of the young generation. In order to address topical issues of professional development of teachers New Ukrainian school in the conditions of introduction of STEM-education, providing academic freedoms and their right to professional development is held annually "STEM-school". The collection is available as a result of cooperation of scientific and pedagogical workers of the STEM-education department of DNU “Institute modernization of the content of education ", the Department of Open Educational Systems and Information and Communication Technologies of the University of Education Management and the publishing house VD Osvita on issues professional development of teachers in the conditions of introduction of STEM-education. The collection includes materials-appendices to the presentation videos of the speakers of the winter-summer remote session, which took place in 2021. The materials cover scientific-theoretical, practical aspects on the development of STEM education; methodological approaches to design and research activities. The authors offer to your attention practical cases: development of STEM-projects, STEM-lessons, STEM activities.
