Abstract

Important for understanding the essence of the educational process as a partner educational interaction is paragraph 4 of section XII "Final and transitional provisions" in the Law of Ukraine "On Education", with regard to the implementation of competency-based learning, “implementation of basic educational programs secondary education until 2022 and / or specialized secondary education until 2027 within twelve years of complete general secondary education is possible by decision of the Cabinet of Ministers Ukraine, provided that there is an appropriate standard of basic or specialized secondary education and appropriate standard educational program."
