Abstract

In the content of the special course "Development of key competencies of applicants education in extracurricular educational activities ЗП (ПТ) О »considered aspects of the competence approach to training skilled workers, revealed the essence of modern education practices, types, forms and methods of extracurricular activities are given activities of pedagogical workers of the vocational school, presented methods of implementing educational innovations in extracurricular educational activities institutions of professional (vocational) education for development key competencies and creativity of professional education seekers. Тhe special course is prepared for students of advanced training courses pedagogical workers of professional (professional and technical) institutions education at the Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Professional Education SEE "University of Education Management" NAPS of Ukraine.
