Abstract

Innovative processes in the system of vocational education testify to a qualitatively new stage of interaction and development of innovative activity of pedagogical workers and processes of application of its results. This stage is characterized by a tendency to close the gap between the processes of creating educational innovations and the processes of their perception, adequate assessment, development and application, and also to overcome the contradiction between the spontaneity of these processes and the possibility and necessity of conscious management.
