Abstract

The article deals with the problem of psychological health of a psychologist in the education system. The main directions of these studies are determined. The relevance of the research topic is substantiated. There are many theories and approaches in health psychology that have a number of methodological and research problems. Understanding and developing the psychology of health is of great importance in the formation of a healthy and harmonious way of life in society. Because the activities of a psychologist in the education system requires from him not only knowledge of practical psychology, but also certain personal qualities and professional knowledge and skills, they often face certain problems of a psychological nature. These problems hinder the successful solution of problems of professional interaction, cause psycho-emotional tension and the impossibility of awareness and productive solution of difficulties of professional interaction. The main determinants of psychological health have been studied and identified. The concepts of "health", components (components) of health, the characteristic and the maintenance of indicators of psychological health, professional risks of the psychologist are defined. Recommendations for solving this problem are given. The article aims to increase the level of psychological competence and culture of emotional life of a psychologist.
