Abstract

The textbook "Didactics of Vocational Education: Practice-Oriented Aspect" is part of the complex methodological support of the training module 3 "Didactics of Vocational Education" of the Department of Methods of Vocational Education and Social Sciences and Humanities (IPO and SRS) Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Professional Education. The purpose of developing this manual: the formation, updating, deepening and systematization of knowledge, development and improvement of skills of teachers in planning, organizing and implementing the educational process in vocational education institutions on the basis of competency, integrated and technological approaches. The content of this manual reflects current trends in the formation of key and professional competencies of future skilled workers in vocational education institutions, contains information on the nature of competence and technological approaches in education, methods of organizing and conducting interactive classes and extracurricular activities, training methods. qualified specialists in a modern enterprise on the basis of a competency-based approach. The main provisions of this manual are both scientific and methodological and practice-oriented, and are designed to promote a clearer and more systematic view of the educational activities of teachers of vocational schools. The materials of this manual will be useful for teachers and heads of vocational and higher professional education, methodologists of educational and methodological centers P (VET), staff providing training in a modern enterprise (service institutions).
