Abstract

Ukraine’s integration into the European educational space revealed the problem of professional training of qualified, competent, competitive specialists who can quickly perceive and process large amounts of information, constantly update their knowledge and increase the level of their competence.The growing demand for highly qualified specialists requires a constant search for effective ways to optimize approaches and methods of their training. Therefore, today increased attention is paid to the content of teaching disciplines through the use of modern comprehensive methodological support of the educational process in vocational education institutions.The article covers the methodology of development of modern scientific and methodological support of professional training based on an integrated approach, reveals its essence, purpose and functions in the implementation of the educational process in vocational education institutions, formulates guidelines for developing a passport of comprehensive methodological support. The article identifies didactic means of professional training and analyzes the criteria for their selection.
