Abstract

The methodological recommendations cover the theoretical foundations and results of empirical studies of the factors of psychological well-being of the individual. Submissions empirical material for identifying patterns, factors and predictors of psychological well-being. Considerable attention is paid to the practical aspects of the development of internal human resources that stimulate its innate potential, contribute to finding life meanings, goals, prospects, understanding of their capabilities, areas of self-development, promoting life satisfaction and psychological well-being. Personality-oriented training aimed at the development of human personal resources, which are the psychological basis for achieving positive life priorities - self-realization, life satisfaction and psychological well-being. Methodical recommendations are addressed to scientists who study the problems of self-development, self-realization, personal autonomy, self-determination, psychological well-being, hardiness of the individual, psychologists, psychotherapists, managers organizations, pedagogical staff of educational institutions, graduate students, students.
