Abstract

For Ukrainian education it is important to develop scientific forecasts for the development of textbooks, taking into account the criteria for evaluating the quality of Ukrainian textbooks based on the results of research of domestic and international evaluation experience; application of international experience in the creation of Ukrainian textbooks (in particular, the use of methods, technologies for developing the content of textbooks and electronic applications); cooperation of Ukrainian textbook publishers with international educational associations, The use of forecasting methods in textbook creation allows to predict changes in the textbook in terms of content, structure, form and manufacturing technologies; develop requirements for the school textbook based on forecasts of the consequences of changes taking place in the world, the state and Ukrainian education under the influence of various external and internal factors.
